GENERAL RULES

All participants can register on our website at www.noprostour.com. Payment can also be made on the website via credit/debit card. A 3% charge will be included for payment on the website. If you would like to pay via venmo, please email mattsthompson1@gmail.com. Payments must be made at time of registration to secure your spot in the field

As a participant in a No Pros Tour event, the participant understands the possible risks associated with competing in a golf tournament. These include but are not limited to getting hit by a golf ball, heat exhaustion, heart attack, bodily injury, and others. The participant solely accepts these risks and waives all claims against No Pros Tour LLC. The participant is present at their own risk and the No Pros Tour LLC shall not be liable for any injury or damages in connection with participation in a No Pros Tour event.

Tournament flights will be determined once a full field of 120 golfers have registered. Participants will be flighted with golfers that have similar handicaps, however, handicaps for each flight will not be pre-set to ensure that each flight has a similar total number of golfers.

The tournament committee reserves the right to adjust a participant’s handicap if consecutive rounds by the participant are outside the reasonable range of the participant’s handicap. The primary goal of the No Pros Tour is to ensure a competitive, but fair opportunity for all golfers that play.

If a participant cancels their registration further than 60 days out of the first tournament round, they will receive 90% of their payment refunded. Between 30 days and 59 days out of the first tournament round, if a player cancels their registration they will receive 80% of their payment funded. If a player cancels within

29 days of the first tournament round they will receive 50% of their payment refunded.

There will be payouts in cash for each individual round, plus a payout for the overall winner in each flight. The payouts for Round 1 and Round 2 will be paid the following day, while the payouts for Round 3 and the overall winner of each flight will be paid upon completion of play OR payment can be made to the participant via check or Venmo if travel arrangements do not allow the participant to stay for awards.

To ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience for all participants, pace of play will be enforced for all tournament rounds. Pace of play will be determined by course set up and weather. Participants will be required to pick up once they reach a double bogey to aid with pace of play.

If weather causes cancellation of a tournament round(s), the tournament will be shortened to one or two rounds, and the total purse for each flight (individual round payouts and overall winner payouts) will be adjusted accordingly.
